Welcome to Foolbull. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Foolbull Finance ("Foolbull," "we," "us," or "our"). Prohibited Conduct

Transmit viruses, Trojan horses or other harmful code through the Service.

Violation of these Terms may result in legal action, and Foolbull reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and may report your actions to relevant law enforcement agencies.

The "Foolbull" name, logo, and related brand identities are registered trademarks of Foolbull or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without written permission.

User-Generated Content

If you submit content (such as reviews, portfolio data, or feedback) through the Services, you retain ownership of that content but grant Foolbull a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content to operate and improve the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the legal rights to submit the content and that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The information provided through this general service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any form of recommendation. Subscription Terms

Subscription Service

Foolbull offers premium subscription-based services that provide users with access to additional features such as in-depth analysis, exclusive content, and personalized investing tools. By subscribing to these services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by the subscription terms.

Payment and Renewal

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before your renewal date. You authorize Foolbull to charge your payment method (such as a credit card or electronic payment account) for the subscription fee.

We may process payments through a third-party payment processor, and you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in limited access to the Service or suspension of your account.

Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not be refunded for any unused portion of your subscription period. In certain circumstances (such as technical errors or where required by law), we may provide a refund, subject to our Refund Policy.

7-day no-questions-asked refund

You can request a refund for any reason within 7 calendar days of subscription activation. Refunds will be processed to your account within 10 business days of receiving the request, using the original payment method and source (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or other electronic payment account). This policy does not apply to orders exceeding 7 days, multiple subscriptions (including renewals), or orders with significant service usage (e.g., downloading large amounts of data or using premium tools). We reserve the right to review refund requests to prevent abuse, such as duplicate subscriptions and refunds that may result in account restrictions.

Price Adjustment

Subscription fees may vary due to promotions, offers, or other factors, and the specific amount will be based on the price displayed when you subscribe. We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees at any time, but the fees for existing subscriptions will not change during the current billing cycle.

Termination and Suspension

Foolbull reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and services at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we believe that you have violated this Agreement or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and related data. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations arising from your use of the Services prior to termination (such as unpaid subscription fees).

You can also terminate your account by contacting customer support or choosing to delete your account in your account settings. After deleting your account, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Agreement Changes

Foolbull may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, laws, or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Agreement on the Site or by email, in-app notification, or other means. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

We recommend that you review this Agreement regularly to stay informed of the latest terms and conditions. Any minor changes without prior notice will not affect your fundamental rights or obligations.

Other Terms

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Foolbull regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of this Agreement will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Foolbull’s failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations under it without our prior written consent. Foolbull may assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations under it without your consent.

force majeure

Foolbull is not responsible for any interruption or failure of service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks or government actions.

third-party beneficiaries

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, this Agreement does not confer any rights or benefits on any third party.

language

This Agreement is provided in both English and Chinese. In the event of any conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
